Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The Breakfast was elaborate and healthy. the room was big n comfy, the staff was very professional and cooperative

I loved how swift the check in process was. The staff was extremely polite and was there to ensure we do not feel troubled. Will surely come here again on the next visit.
The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.
Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
At the time of checking, they denied for room and I have paid full amount for 2 days. My two kids and wife were standing outside at 10 PM. Hotel representatives have no feelings and sences. They just sold the room in higher price to someone and take a chance, if we were not able to check-in. I never faced this type of problem earlier. Don't book this hotel.
Visited the restaurant on our way back to Ahmedabad from nathdwara and would like to share the experience we had there. Me and my family had a terrible experience there firstly they lied and didn't give. Proper response when asked them if they had the dishes available with them which we were interested to try then they even served half quantity in first serving and when asked we would get a refill for dal in dal batti in the thli itself they said yes but when asked for the refill they asked that we'll be charged extra and when we got back to them and were confronting bout the same the manager or owner who ever it was raised his hand and had the audacity to be very disrespectful towards my family which cannot be tolerated hence we left from there without eating and were also asked for payment forcefully, during the whole time he threatened that he had the cctv recordings and when we asked to him that yes please show he didn't because it had a clear evidence that he was the one to raise his hands on us.
