Very beautiful place, they showed hospitality and service was all excellent.

Such a Worest hotel I have never seen in My Life.please don't book this hotel and spoil your vacation.many people who Booked it cancelled after reaching hotel.Good class people can't even step in that hotel.No cleanliness at all.If there is 0 I would have given 0.

Please do not stay at this hotel.Hotel is very dirty and unfit to stay for family.Please do not book the hotel by looking at the website pictures.All the hairs lying on the bed.People have spitted on the walls.Rooms are very smelly and found cocroaches

We have the worst experience from Fab Hotels Group , they give fake reviews. They shown the hotel name LupinInternational but actually it’s Downtown City Hotel. They taken charge for premium rooms booking charge upfront and provide us single small rooms. Don’t offered drinking water as well, other thing expectations is far away. Rooms are not clean and not safe for family. Don’t risk your family’s safety by reading online fake reviews. They asked us to pay amount in advance in 2 hotels lupin international and castle inn and promised us for refund for 1 day as we booked for 2 days only ans we have paid for 3 days but they are not giving us refund and even representative is not picking up the phone since then.

Very bed experience starting from morning breakfast… it was in polythene bag Staff was unprofessional and drunk during night Very bad service clean is dairy Next day room was not clean even I personally ask to clean up room Owner is not picking up phone and staff was misbehaving at midnight when we ask to clean up the room Picture available on website totally opposite of that rooms Very bed experience

At the time of checking, they denied for room and I have paid full amount for 2 days. My two kids and wife were standing outside at 10 PM. Hotel representatives have no feelings and sences. They just sold the room in higher price to someone and take a chance, if we were not able to check-in. I never faced this type of problem earlier. Don't book this hotel.

Nothing is good in this hotel. We booked a premium room 15 - 20 days ago through fabhotel site but when we reached the give us deluxe room and when we asked them to change they offered another deluxe room with a window......when we said them that we booked a premium room then why they are giving deluxe room.....then they said that's a premium room We talked to the fabhotel executives as well They also agreed with us that the room they are giving is not a premium room but nothing changed because of that we faced a lot of problems as we canceled our room and booked room in other hotel that was very hectic for us bcz at that time no rooms are available in hotel. Fabhotel executives are also not picking our calls. Every time we call a new executive picks the call and we were explaining the problem again and again. Executives talk to the hotel only twice they are also not making efforts to solve our problem. When we asked the executives to refund the booking amount they did not agree on this as well......they said that it's not a big issue and bcz of that they'll not refund any amt......after alot of conversation they are ready to return only 50% of the booking amount. Recommend not to book this hotel or from the fabhotel..... highly disappointed with the hotel and the fabhotel executives.

Visited the restaurant on our way back to Ahmedabad from nathdwara and would like to share the experience we had there. Me and my family had a terrible experience there firstly they lied and didn't give. Proper response when asked them if they had the dishes available with them which we were interested to try then they even served half quantity in first serving and when asked we would get a refill for dal in dal batti in the thli itself they said yes but when asked for the refill they asked that we'll be charged extra and when we got back to them and were confronting bout the same the manager or owner who ever it was raised his hand and had the audacity to be very disrespectful towards my family which cannot be tolerated hence we left from there without eating and were also asked for payment forcefully, during the whole time he threatened that he had the cctv recordings and when we asked to him that yes please show he didn't because it had a clear evidence that he was the one to raise his hands on us.
