5 star reviews are obviously fake. we stayed here for 1 night and that was too much!, quite an endurance in fact. i do not recommend international travellers use this accommodation. it is more like a hostel than any kind of home stay or hotel, and not a great area. the guy on reception (or should i say the guy that sleeps in the lobby), speaks no english at all, which while i accept, we shouldn't expect abroad, it made communication impossible. we were given a room just off the lobby and could hear every single tiny noise (including the guy in the lobby going to the toilet!) as there was a hole in the wall (despite advertising "soundproofing"!) the room smelt bad, and the sheets were stained and had hairs in the bed. "breakfast" consisted of cut up apple, papaya, and a banana (not even a drink), and we paid extra for that!! nowhere to put any clothes (despite advertising a wardrobe /closet). we were woken several times in the night by noise, and so would not recommend staying here.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th nov 2023 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....

Literally amazing, the bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. the food is so so great too . i originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!
