My booking is including breakfast. But they have not provided breakfast . So FBB PLEASE REFUND THE BREAKFAST AMOUNT

Hotel people demanded extra money even though we had made advance booking of a/c room and didn't agree to give a/c room and told us they can give only non a/c room and made us to wait nearly an hour and after agreeing to check out before 5 hrs of check out time.. They agreed to give room with rude behavior, even washrooms are not well maintained.

Didn't like the construction quality, rooms design, looking too Old house. No catring service. Breakfast was too bad. Cheap quality of breakfast they were buying and servicing in hotel dining area. Overall experience didn't like at all.

However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. I booked a/c room in fab hotels website . This people didn't allow us to check in for a/c room instead they said non A/c room was booked. This is blatant violation of consumer protection rules. Rooms were dirty . Bath rooms were pathetic . I would never suggest to book a room in this hotel again. The owner of the hotel is very rude. He doesn't have any common sense about how to treat customers.

Extremely disappointing experience with the property staff/owner. Their arrogant behavior and unprofessional language made the stay unpleasant. Such poor customer service is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There is no option for providing rating 0

Staff useless, Geyser not working, No water in washbasin Tap. Staff entering the room directly, without permission. Reception. Staff hopeless no courtesy to talk.
