Made us to wait for an hour to allot room in spite of booking a week before.checkin time is 12, we reached the property by 2 and well informed the stay that our arrival time. though they asked to wait in reception for 1 hr stating that the booking charge was low in fab hotel application so can't give the room immediately. as a customer where did i made wrong in this. i paid the amount mentioned in the application. but they denied first and after speaking with the fab hotel customer service, they gave a room which was not cleaned and was full of dust made by the previous customer stay. .

Very worst. i had booked room one week before only. yesterday evening at 5.30pm i went there for check in they are telling room was not there. i went with family and 9 months old baby... i was telling with owner that i came with family if rooms not available means they need to inform earlier. but he didn't accept. almost i waited for 30mins.. my baby is started crying... we traveled for 300kms for tirupati and ended with such a worst hotel. he not even agree for anything. already we are tired and it was night. then we searched and went to different hotel. don't book and believe this people. even though if u book also they will give rooms to who gave more money. worst...

I have confirmed my checkin time between 8:00 - 9:00 am, well in advance (5 days before my travel date). sv home staff said that my check in time is 11:00 am. for 9:00 am checkin, they collected 300 rupees addition to my offered price. this is rediculous and we will not associate with you......from now onwards

The hotel was very nice, it had a lot of space, the beds were really comfortable, bathrooms are very clean. service and internet is really good, you get 2 rooms and in those 2 rooms 2 bedrooms in each room, and very nice ac, i advice all of you to come to this hotel.

I booked a two bed room flat and visited this place with my family. during the stay at midnight 12:30am they are trying to open the main door with their keys and when i asked them they want another bedroom for their owner in the same flat. i booked the whole flat and how can we accept an unknown person at that time..there were some arguments and i have no option left vacating with my family and small kids at midnight 1am. understand my situation. never ever visit this hotel.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
