    "We just left the hotel after checking in for half hour because the rooms were congested, washrooms were not clean, the hotel is putting fake photos on every platform just to fool the people please do not recommend this hotel to anyone"

    "Even after proper booking online through Fabhotels website service was worst. They didn't even provide towels,soap. Room wasn't that clean. Also there was only one hanger in cupboard. Overpriced food.hotel staff behaviour weren't supportive."

    "Always faced issues with checking in whenever the booking is done by third-party travel apps like MMT etc. receptionist always says that we have not received the booking or received a booking for twin bed etc and asks to pay extra for the room I booked. The entire time receptionist keep saying call customer care we can't help and makes me wait at the reception for atleast 30 min."

    "I booked through offical fabhotel app. Got a really good deal.Room was really nice and toilet was clean. AC was working fine. Stayed in room 214. But don't make booking inclusive of food.. restaurant above serves really good food at a nominal price... I booked breakfast combo, but the breakfast options were limited and not really good, so don't make booking which is inclusive of food, rather keep your options open. Size of rooms is not so big, but enough for a single guy and length of cot was also little small for me..I'm 6 feet tall. But overall my stay was pleasant and for the price point I got it served by purpose. Will definitely recommend if you are on a budget and looking for a decent stay"

Best place to get a nice comfy hotel with a reasonable price… but one thing is poor,even if u r inside the room u ,the sound of vehicles or any other sounds can be heard and it’s so noisy especially in the morning. Overall it was good experience. Recommend for anyone looking for luxurious room with a good price."

    "Worst experience. Worst customer support by Agoda Pathetic customer support by Fabhotels Disgusting hotel staff, No manners to talk to clients or handle issues. Complete payment was done with Agoda, also had email confirmation as paid and confirmed, but staff denied the entry and made us sit in lobby for an hour. only after making another payment they let us check in, money was refunded later but very bad experience."

    "Upon our arrival at precisely 12:00 PM, we were asked to wait for five minutes before the staff escorted us to our room. The room was extremely small, with dirty walls and bedsheets in terrible condition. The pillows were of poor quality, and the sink tap was broken. Additionally, the TV was not operational. When I requested the manager to have someone deliver the package I had ordered to my room, I was told to come outside to collect it myself because they were busy. Later, after ordering food, it was delivered one and a half hours later, despite our repeated inquiries about the delay. Overall, my experience at Fab Super 7 Inn was terrible, and I will ensure I never stay there again."

    "There was no water supply in the hotel; suddenly, the water supply stopped. I suffered a lot. Finally, a boy brought water in a bucket . The next day, the same issue occurred. I was getting late to catch my flight, but there was no water. Finally, they gave me access to another bathroom only for bathing. The problem was with the hotel. They didn't even offer a single rupee discount. They took the money but didn't provide worthy service. Note: I don't know if this water problem will always be there or not, but during my stay, I suffered a lot due to the water issue."

    "1-Room equiped with 2 seperate bads 2-guest who booked thru aggregator are considered as low grade guest, before of check in full payment demand 3-early time informed for breakfast inspite of breakfast not served on time and during check in not informed about venue of breakfast. At time of checkout they told breakfast will serve in room by that time i was getting late to reach some where so couldn't wait for and left without breakfast 4-final invoice came with lots of error and after 3 correction this was provided. So in the nutshell febhotel services is pathetic as they do not have good properties in their wallet"

    "I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The bed sheets were unclean and stained, which was absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, the room had zero soundproofing, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to all the noise from the surrounding rooms and the street. Very small rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a newly constructed building. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

    "Cigrette smell was there when checked in. Hot water facility not there. Food was good ,however staff told me that i can order food before 23.00 however my second order was at 22.30 they haven't accepted my order. In tv some channels were not subscribed. Ac was exactly parallel to the bed due to which it was was uncomfortable. Lastly the big situation is of the mosquitoes,even the all out was there still the mosquitoes were there till my check out time."
