    "My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues. The washroom flush was not working properly, and the toilet seat was damaged, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bed was subpar; I noticed some hair and dust on it, which was unacceptable."

    "Always faced issues with checking in whenever the booking is done by third-party travel apps like MMT etc. receptionist always says that we have not received the booking or received a booking for twin bed etc and asks to pay extra for the room I booked. The entire time receptionist keep saying call customer care we can't help and makes me wait at the reception for atleast 30 min."

    "*Disappointing Stay at Mahadev Residency I recently stayed at Mahadev Residency and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel's website promised a luxurious stay, but the reality was far from it. - The room was small and cramped, with outdated furniture and a dirty carpet. - The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a leaky shower and no hot water. - The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to requests. - The breakfast buffet was limited and of poor quality. - The hotel's location was noisy Overall, I would not recommend Mahadev Residency to anyone. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my stay was a letdown."
