An exceptional stay from start to finish! The Fabhotel Prime Golden Plaza hotel offered impeccable service, with friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and had all the modern amenities. The location was perfectwithin walking distance of key attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a blend of luxury and convenience.
Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
Location is excellent with gate 1 is hardly 3 mins of walk away. Nearby there are sweet shop and restaurants. Only issue I observed they do not give printed bills and for food one has to pay in cash. Food at hotel was good and cleanliness is not maintenaned. In 2days no one came to clean the room or washroom. Washroom was abit dirty. Staff behaviour was good and helpful.

The in-house restaurant serves tasty meals. With its comfortable amenities and reasonable rates, this hotel is a great choice.
In double room, just 1 towel, 1 soap, 1 shampoo were provided. Generally, electric kettle, sachets of tea/coffee are provided in rooms that charge 2500 per night. But these were not present. Lift was unpredictable.
Hot water not working.No complimentary water bottels are provided .Washroom water pressure is low.Gyser was faulty .
Despite the hotel's impressive woodwork and interiors, the management seems to neglect the importance of skilled caretakers. The staff lacks basic etiquette and customer service skills. During my two-day stay, I noticed unattended liquor bottles outside a vacated room, indicating poor maintenance. No services were offered, yet a tip was expected upon departure. This experience highlights a significant disparity between the hotel's aesthetics and the quality of service provided.
This is the worst hotel I experience in my recent stay. No management no skilled staff and other guests are drinking outside quarreling talking loudly and nobody to stop them. I was not able to sleep properly due to that. The price is like 5 star hotel but services are below 1 star.no proper treatment to guest.this is pathetic hotel.never recommend to anyone. U can get very nice hotel outside in just half of the price.cigrette smell is always coming in room.
I am very disappointed in staying at your above hotel on 16-17 th May 2024. 1. If you want to have morning tea you need to go out for the same as tea is served only from 8-8.30 AM onwards 2. Breakfast after lot of reminders is still to be served at 9.10 AM. 3. Evening tea is not available before 7.30 PM. Above problem is compounded by the fact that there is no arrangement for tea coffee in the room. 4. Yesterday lunch and dinner orders required reminders. 5. No towel or toilet kit in the room. After reminders one towel received. One very tiny soap given , barely enough for one person. In one word, service is very bad . No one should stay in this hotel.
