Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

nice and yummy food options and well connected and rooms are comfortable with all necessary utilities.

It's was a nice place, outer view are awesome, just beside patel cricket stadium, I can say value for money, staff are also too much cooperative.. I'll strongly recommend for stay there if you are in surat for corporate meetings or family trip..

The basement for car parking is cramped with no lights and stinky, no lift working . very basic hotel,,, no amenities.. not recomonded...
