Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

Hopeless hotel, staff force to book direct, they will ask you that they will match the amount as online. But when u show them, they will ask you to wait for 10 mins and owner will change price immediately. They are the cheater. Biggest cheater of the surat. Don't discuss with them, and directly book from online at best price u get.

thirdclass hotel, thirdclass rooms, all staf are so rude, no friendly behaviour for any client, thirdclass service i suggest people to some other hottel but never recommend for this hotel.....

Third class rooms / service/ staff behaviour Very poor service,.rooms it's to dirty, internet is not working, bedsheet to dirty,staff is working like he/her govt, not ready to listen client complent, giving every time answer, without any information he is deliclty increase tariff in continuous rooms , first is low tariff ,my room was extended one more day , staff increased 1.5x time . I'm not recommend to any one go to stay. Cleanes - 5 Food service -5 Staff service -5 Overall service -10 Hotel is not pravadided food bill, His room bill masaallah
