The reception guy and the manager are completely unprofessional. They don't bother whether you had booked the rooms months earlier or made the payment or you have infants and patients along. Never go to this fabhotel nidhivan or any of the properties of fab. They will first confirm your booking, then shift your hotel at the last moment and finally allot your rooms to someone else. So you pay money, devote your time, argue with them and still suffer late night to look for another option. Disgusting"
