The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience at Fab Hotel Lotus 1, Surat on 18th October 2024. The level of service and cleanliness we encountered is utterly unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard, especially for a hotel that claims to offer hospitality. Here are the specific issues we encountered: 1. Upon our arrival at 2 AM, we were shocked at the complete lack of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms were in a deplorable condition—filthy, dirty, and completely unsanitary. 2. The toilets were revolting, stained with brown marks, indicating that they hadn’t been cleaned for a significant period. Despite our complaints, the receptionist refused to arrange any housekeeping, citing that no staff was available at that hour. This is a gross failure in basic hospitality services. 3. Your customer care team was equally incompetent and unhelpful, failing to provide any solution. When I requested to change my booking to a one-day stay, I was met with complete indifference and a lack of support. 4. As a senior citizen, I attempted to take photographs to document the conditions, only to face aggressive, violent, and abusive behavior from your receptionist, which is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. 5. This entire ordeal has caused us significant distress, and I am appalled by the deficiency in service and your company’s breach of contractual obligations. I did not stay at your hotel and will never consider staying at any Fab Hotel property in the future. 6. Given the severity of the situation, I demand an immediate full refund of the advance payment of INR 3000, which was paid for a service that was never provided. 7.
