Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

The washrooms are such a bad condition. The rooms didn't have lock. Waste of money!!!

We didn't stay atall, fabhotel changed hotel last minute and rooms were not available only when we reached it was given to someone else also condition is worst we asked for refund immediately went not good at all we need our money refunded

I wish I could give a negative rating to this hotel. There is no use of booking your room here cz when you reach for checkin, you will find your rooms being allotted to some one else. The reception guy and the manager are completely unprofessional. They don't bother whether you had booked the rooms months earlier or made the payment or you have infants and patients along. They just argue with you. Don't go for this or else you will suffer. Worst hotel and worst customer care team of fabhotels.

Worst experience ever. These guys don't allow you to checkin even after you have a confirmed booking. Customer care is also of no use. Never go to this fabhotel nidhivan or any of the properties of fab. They will first confirm your booking, then shift your hotel at the last moment and finally allot your rooms to someone else. So you pay money, devote your time, argue with them and still suffer late night to look for another option. Disgusting
