"faced problems with breakfast and encountered rude staff, even though I hadn't checked in. The hotel mentioned receiving numerous calls from Travel Plus and promised VIP treatment. However, the PGE team swiftly resolved the confusion by relocating me to Fab Hotel Kingdom Sai. I appreciate their quick response and commitment to ensuring a better guest experience. "The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
