The Hotel is situated at White Town, making the location accessible to other tourist spots and especially promenade beach. The staff was extremely polite and considerate. The breakfast was amazing for the 3 days we stayed there. Rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic. Overall a fabulous stay at Fab Shanti Inn.

The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.

Good house keeping services on time. Breakfast is not available at your hotel and need to wait for 1.5 hour to get from other restaurant. Room pillow and blanket cover is not cleaned as we could saw hairs from past. Wall color is very old if it could be latest wall colors or wall paper it makes us more pleasant.

1. Reached hotel on time 11:45 am but the check-in was delayed by 2 hr by the hotel staff. 2. Room lock is not working it was broken. 3. Soap and shampoo not provided we have used our own. 4 . Forced us to change the room in lower floor even i have booked second highest floor,

My worst experience the pop ceiling was broken and even the floor tiles was broken I could not stay there and checked out at 7 pm but fab hotels only charged me 5364 the hotel owner kartik is ready to refund full amount but says that fab hotels will do it

Worst place... full of cockroches & room is stinking... no maintainance broken bathroom yuk to stay..
