It's a very good hotel...

The rooms were good , and staff were polite and courteous

Very good I stayed very first time, wonderful ambiance and services, staff is cooperting, food is good, in short these hotel people know, what is hospitality, i will give 9 marks out of 10. I did booking online and found more than expectation, i will stay this hotel in Ranchi and suggest to stay this hotel.

I stayed there for a week and felt comfortable. The location is quite good. It is very near to Ranchi airport as well as nearby Hatia railway station.

Good hotel. Neat and clean. Proximity to airport. Food quality good, at reasonable price.

Had a very bad experience with the staff. Ravi Ranjan should be removed from job for pathetic behaviour and using offensive language. Why is still no action being taken inspite of escalation?

Worst service, no arrangement of hot water or geyser, far away from proper city or main road, located at Gali.

According to the property’s policy, we were supposed to check in around 2 PM. However, due to our travel schedule, we arrived and checked in at around 12:15 AM—a change I had already communicated to the hotel via email. Upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned that we were given executive rooms, but when we went up, we found the rooms in a filthy state. After bringing this to their attention, they moved us to a different room. My group managed to settle into two rooms, but then the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working. We were forced to change rooms again and, unbelievably, they took us back to one of the same dirty rooms we initially rejected. They claimed it had been cleaned at 1:30 AM, but it was far from acceptable. The entire property is poorly maintained. Rooms are not cleaned properly, the bathrooms are dirty, and using the toilet feels like standing in a sewage system due to the foul smell. The linens were not fresh either—what were supposed to be white sheets were so old and stained they appeared brown. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemies. Avoid at all costs!
