Good attitude of all staff members is appreciated
Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
When you book hotels via FabHotel, they confirm free breakfast. But the hotel denies it. It happened twice now. I booked it via Agoda the first time and then via FabHotel app. Both times with breakfast but the hotel denied it both times. I am not sure who is to blame but it is not a good experience for the customer.
Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.
Worst place, the front desk person is very rude. They are not attached with fab hotel or any online platform. Once you go there they ask you to cancel the booking and book offline. The pics are fake.
The price I have paid 4000 for one day for that kind of room I can get a luxury room at that price but I got cheated by this app don't book this is just a waste of time
As soon as I reached I was told that the staff is not there because of Holi. Why take the bookings then. The bath towel that was provided was dirty and torn and the food was terrible . God knows who was cooking. For a third floor room the lift was under maintainence for almost half a day. Till eight in the morning there was no tea as the cook over slept. I have some pictures that i have clicked which show the state of affairs at the hotel. I had selected this hotel purely on the ratings and i believe they are manipulated. There is no way to escape in case of fire and for the first time in my life i felt afraid staying in a hotel. No more Fab hotels for me in future.
