The hotel is amazing and cool an Frye staff is awesome also

In the first room allotted the AC was not working. After requesting for a change in he room and gettin a room after 3 hours, the second room was filled with smoke. tf

Fab need to check the price and act well before customer arrived. U was waiting half an hour after long working hours outside hotel in lobby, to get confirmation from Fab at last moment , first ever bad service experience from FAB side , till date it was from hotel side,

Bed bugs, stained bedsheet, foul smell in the room, No response from reception for bedsheet change and room change request.

Worst experience ever. Charging nearly 5000 and there are mosquitoes in the room, broken fixtures in the washroom, no cleanliness.

No breakfast was provided despite being charged extra. Terrible condition of rooms, locks and nobs were broken of washrooms. Refund the full amount
