In today's day and age, clean sheets and clean pillow cases should be the bare minimum expectation when staying at any hotel and it is a woeful display of poor service when these simple attributes become a secondary consideration.. Whilst this hotel had the location convenience I required for the work I needed to do, it was not a place I wanted to race back to at the end of the day.. Dirty walls, inadequate bathroom facilities hard mattress should not be the norm no matter what the cost. Raise your rates and fix the issues is my advice as you are doing yourself and potential future customers a disservice if you dont..
I have booked the hotel with breakfast, lunch/dinner but hotel staff said that there were no kitchen available in this hotel, FAB staff didn't support in this regards & taken full amount of rupees 4818. Hotel staff are also not supported in this
No breakfast was provided despite being charged extra. Terrible condition of rooms, locks and nobs were broken of washrooms. Refund the full amount

Frequent breakdown in Electricity . No lifts and very untidy
really frustrating experience with my recent hotel booking (Booking ID: VJAKAK). The property conditions were nothing like what was shown on your website. I even confirmed with your agent about an early check-in since I needed a room ready in the morning, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it. After some back-and-forth, they finally gave me a room, but I was shocked at the condition. Heres what went wrong: - **No Room Key**: Theres no key for the door, so I have to call the staff every time I need to get in with the master key. - **Dirty Linens**: The bed linen is visibly dirty. - **No Hot Water or AC Remote**: Theres no hot water, which meant I couldnt take a bath, and theres no remote for the AC. - **Poor Service for Essentials**: When I got back from my meeting and asked for a bottle of water, the staff insisted I pay right away. I requested it be added to my room bill, but they wouldnt allow it and told me to go buy one outside instead. This has been really disappointing,
