"The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location."

"Worst experience. Not good for couples and family. The AC were preset at 25 so you can not reduce it and the they can save on light bill. They provide remotes to fool you. TV is not working. Staff is too rude and always try to make fool of you. Prices are based on their mood. Toilets are damaged. Furniture is damaged."

"My office booked for me, 1 night in Pune. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean, two towels, soap, shampoo, moisturizer, tea making equipment already present at the room. food was good too. Washroom is clean. Only the internet was not up to the mark. Rest is good."

"The room is spacious for 2 members, caretaker addresses most of your request. The room i was provided had some bad odour & they didn’t make any effort to provide different room nor sprayed any room freshener. They provide only towels and no soap for bathing. Be careful of the cleaning & other shifting noises by the housekeeping staffs during early morning hours (we had this issue during 5am). Food & water bottles are available (charges apply). Restaurants & nearest metro station is approximately 400m from this hotel. Lift is also available."

"I stayed here for almost a week, the room is okay. The caretaker prepares good chai & poha. WiFi is available but during rain might not work. There is lift available. The rooms & toilets are not cleaned on daily/alternate days basis, do check for any bedbugs before sleeping! There is good parking space inside if you come with bike/car. The nearest metro station, bus stop and restaurant are approximately 1.1Kms from here. Overall good stay other than room clean service."

Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too."

"This is One of the worst hotel I have seen in my experience. The photo of the hotel given in booking apps is not the actual view. The hotel is located inside the street. No proper road. Inside the room it was in the very worst condition. They did not change the covers of the pillow and bed. No hot water. The tap was not working. Room door not properly locking. Worms are found inside the washroom. They had given the mosquito killer liquid but it was not working. Waste of money."

"1. Waited for almost 1 hour to check in due payment has not been updated by fabhotel 2. After payment has been made, waited another 30 mins... Why????? The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So sweet....Anyone has such kind of experience? 3. I informed at night only that check out will be early morning. So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay..."

"Dear Rajdhani Hotel Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Rajdhani Hotel, located at Narpalgi Chowk, Pune-411011. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards for several reasons: Payment Harassment at 1:00 AM: On -------------, I was disturbed at 1:00 AM by hotel staff, who insisted on discussing payment matters at such an inappropriate hour. This was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional, causing significant distress. Untidy Room: The room provided to me was unclean, with visible signs of neglect, which made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Poor Service: I also encountered a lack of basic hospitality. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no proper communication or assistance throughout my stay. Lack of Management: It was evident that there was no proper management overseeing operations, as issues were unresolved, and complaints were ignored. Given these multiple concerns, I expect a formal response and appropriate action to address this situation. "DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE."

"The access road is a little bit narrow but otherwise a good place to stay when you are on a low budget and can't go for a starred hotel. An AC that works well, fan and light works well the geyser works well. Helpful staff. Why not a 5 star? because I feel they could have easily fitted an exhaust fan in the washroom...maybe the existing one conked off."

"Stay here if you want to punish yourself. Absolutely terrible. Forget the quality of room etc, this place had mould and fungus all over the room. The pillows had fungus inside the pillow case and not to mention the holier than thou attitude of the staff. If they were to pay you to stay at this place, it would still be a bad idea."
