Very pleasant experience! Peaceful stay, helpful staff! Mithilesh was so kind!
It's very nice hotel. Rooms are cleans and staff is very helpful.
Good services only little bit mesh up but it was done if we inform them otherwise very good place and Hospitality
Location is in the city, clean rooms but lift wasnt working. Lift issue I can live with but breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. It is best not to even try the breakfast. I got uncooked Idli and absolutely tasteless Sheera. Please dont give the option of breakfast at Al l. The manager at the reception is very arrogant and best NOT to speak to him. Typical Puneri arrogance when you request for anything.
We had booked this hotel through oyo. Upon arrival once we paid and entered the room it was good from outside but the bathroom was very shady. When we asked to give us another room we were asked to upgrade the room which was their trick to sell the same room at higher price though the room size and amenities was same only bathroom was clean. The disappointing part is the lady at the reception was way too rude and trying to loot in every chance she would get. I would recommend if you're planning to stay here pls ask them to show the room first and then pay otherwise they will loot you for every basis upgrades.
Pros: Well behaved staff. Good AC. Good WiFi. Cons: The rooms that the customer service agent showed me are completely different from what the reality is. The room was not at all cleaned after the last checkout as I can see hair strands all over. And floor as well not cleaned. The walls were moist. The staff at the reception was good. Well behaved and polite. But dunno why maintanence was not done. They don't provide towels or soaps as I didn't see them in my room. The hotel is 5-10 mins walk from main road but doesn't seem to be in a good location. Nearby construction work sounds are horrible. There was power cut during my stay. No water supply in bathroom. I booked this hotel to fresh up only and found there is no water during my stay due to some motor starter issue. The positive about this hotel is okok staff behaviour, good AC and good WiFi... nothing else.
Worst hotel ever in Pune ...staff is not supporting..they took 2k and said us to leave room after 12 hours as we have checked in night although they didn't informed us about this initially. No hygiene. Don't come here at any cost
Fab hotels is a Scam, I had booked Fab Shourya residency thru booking.com, but they transferred the booking to some Paradise inn and my family was made to pay extra 700 INR as they reached early morning, the hotel was shady and horrible. DON'T BOOK FAB HOTELS, ONLINE
Don’t stay here. They steal your stuff and the manager doesn’t support or help.
Disrespectful staff (Rohit), and worst amenities
