I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. The breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

The hotel is a good one. The staff Ashish and Vikas are very helpful and provide all kind of support and food. They were helpful in check in and any add on food service. Location of hotel is also very good

5 stars for room and cleanliness but the service were poor, we were denied of early check in when there was room available and the food is pretty below average

Bed bugs, stained bedsheet, foul smell in the room, No response from reception for bedsheet change and room change request.

Very bad service. The moment I Entered the first room allowed to me, I saw 3-4 small cockroaches. Upon bringing this to the notice of the reception guy, he gave me another room. I asked for room service guy to clean the washroom, I had to make around 4 calls at the reception and had to wait for an hour for the room service staff to come at my room. Lastly, at the time of checkout, I was asked to pay for the 2 bottles of water which were ideally supposed to have been complementary. Ridiculous experience. Do not come and stay here at all. So many cockroaches running around there is no hygiene standards maintained.
