Change in check in time for the booking for 7AM instead of 12 noon on 20/02/2025 was requested through g mail with the customer care was not approved so that I have to pay 500/-₹ at reception for early access. As you know each and every traveller won't check in at 12 noon because each and every bus, train or flight won't come at 12 noon. I request you to change the check in time for 24 hours instead of 12 noon or mention a chargeable amount for early check in time in the app itself.

Absolutely pathetic hotel! Do not believe the nice pictures that the hotel has posted. Booked here since my office was nearby in magarpatta, and I absolutely regretted it. Zero hygiene, zero maintenance. Bedsheets were unclean with spots, ladies hairs lying around in room and bathroom and the staff is rude. Told them to clean both room and bathroom but to my surprise when I returned from office in the night, only the room was cleaned and bathroom untouched with same hairs lying around. Did not ordered food here but I wonder how hygienic the food will be. No complementary bisleri bottle was provided in this fab hotel but when I insisted, they provided filtered water in a plastic bottle. Totally avoid if youre traveling solo or with family.

Beware of this scam – Avoid booking this property! I made a reservation through Booking.com, only to find out upon arrival that the property had canceled my booking without any prior notification via email or call. I reached the property at 2 AM, only to discover my booking was no longer valid. It was an absolute nightmare trying to find alternative accommodation at that hour. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the listed location, it turned out to be in a shady area, and the hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The building was in a terrible, run-down condition, covered in fungus, and appeared to be at least 70 years old. Even worse, the place was locked down with no security or staff in sight. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property. Booking here is a huge mistake!

Horrible experience. We had booked this hotel 4 days ago. My dad had prepaid some of the amount. When we reached there they told us that there's no booking on our name and made us wait for an hour at 1:00 am in the night. We showed them our booking on their website but they denied accepting the booking. They did not even cared to offer us some other place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Fraudsters.

I had booked my stay at Hotel Royal Samrat during my recent official trip to Pune and it turned out to be the biggest nightmare. I was allocated room 101 initially and when I entered the room, it was already been occupied by a hotel staff member. I went to the reception and he allocated room 202 to me but gave me the wrong key. I had to go to the reception the third time to get the right key. And for this, I had to go through the stairs because they switch off the lift at night. Finally I got inside room 202, the walls were damp and noticed a few cochroches in the room. I somehow decided to manage in the room as I had already paid for it on the FabHotel app. The bed was another issue and I am pretty sure there were some bugs in it as i was feeling itchy sleeping in it. When I enquired about it, the guy on the reception mentioned that it is cleaned. I booked the hotel trusting the FabHotel brand and seeing the pics on the app But the reality is nowhere close to it. I would never recommend a stay at this place. The only good thing was the proximity to Cybercity towers. FabHotel should do periodic checks on the hotels that they are listing on their app to see if they are having atleast the basic standards of living or not. My trust in FabHotel brand is shaken after this nightmarish experience.
