It's Really fantastic place food and food service is very good. Room is very good maintain. Good Experience

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Nothing to boast about this place. It's a very old property and next to a busy highway. Since had an event closeby chose to stay here. The accommodation is very basic and for almost 2k not even free breakfast was there. The towels was as hard as rock and very rough, they have been used for years. Would not recommend for family stay.

Room is ok but bathroom was terrific,taps not working flush not working,room service was not good.geyser is not working.

Hot water is not provided...also the washrooms was not well clean....the basin was not workin ....also the bed was not good it was so hard ....bed qushan was not that smooth

Horrible place. They dont care about your stay - all they care is that you paid the money. No breakfast option although they claim it, even took 400 bucks extra for it. A/c wasnt working properly, bathroom wasnt maintained at all. I asked for towels and soap, which they gave after 3 hours and 2 reminders - claiming they delivered it to the wrong room. I paid for 2 days but changed hotel on second day even though I had already paid the full amount. They keep it non-refundable because they know people wont pay once they find out what kind of services they offer. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Most horrible experience ever. Nothing was provided at the time of check in. The room bedsheets were not clean. Water supply was not there. They have not cleaned the washroom before giving it to us. Cigarette filters were there on the window. Kamod was broken, shower was broken. Wash basins tap was broken. And all in all the receptionist was literally insane. If i have booked online and have paid the amount but he was not accepting the that and was not allowing us to checkin
