"Beware before booking this Hotel, they will ask you extra money on top of booking amount. I booked room in this hotel on arrival they started asking for extra money so I changed my hotel to decent one takling with customer care. Arrogant hotel staff."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location."

"It's below average hotel. It was booked by my company so I don't know the cost they have paid. But if you have to stay here it's not worth anything more than 1000rs. It's just a transit hotel. Positives- *Rooms are very basic but neat n clean. *AC just works fine! *Hot water. *It's located in main Baner area, convenient. But not easy find with Google maps. It's very remote alley where you don't imagine having a hotel!. Negatives- *No in-house kitchen so Zomato is the only option for food. *No room service. *No intercom. *We had to ask thrice for the towel for the second person which they provided by taking out one from the next room!"

"Worst class hotel service, they even don't provide you the bill, I was asked to call customer care several times for not rectifying my complaint, there is some madam and she will never help you after you complete your booking and she will tell you to call customer care every time, customer care number will go on busy for 5 minutes then only there will be person to talk to you and that person only will register your complaint but not rectify that. Fab hotel don't bother you post booking"
