The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location.

Opted for early check-in and talked to them last evening Now I'm here at the hotel at 5am and they say there's no room. I'm literally roaming around in the streets till somebody checks out and I can checkin Very bad service from their side Update- They offered me a service room for 2 to 3 hours until somebody checked out so I could sleep there Now I've got my room and it is beautiful The location of the hotel is also very nice plus it's value for money Room service and hotel staff behaviour is also very good You will not feel lonely here and there are restaurants and cafes within 1km so you can walk Also, they allow Zomato people to come to the door so you don't have to go downstairs Overall, a good stay

In today's day and age, clean sheets and clean pillow cases should be the bare minimum expectation when staying at any hotel and it is a woeful display of poor service when these simple attributes become a secondary consideration.. Whilst this hotel had the location convenience I required for the work I needed to do, it was not a place I wanted to race back to at the end of the day.. Dirty walls, inadequate bathroom facilities hard mattress should not be the norm no matter what the cost. Raise your rates and fix the issues is my advice as you are doing yourself and potential future customers a disservice if you dont..

The room was adequately equipped with good pevels of hygiene and natural lighting. The linen was clean and there wasn't any unpleasant odour in the room. The service staff also got an urgent laundry order fulfilled, which I highly appreciate. The billing and check in experience was not the best. I got the message from the travel platform that the staff did not even check me in. I felt this to be some kind of scam, which is why I did not pay on the payment gateway the staff showed me and made the payment on the travel platform's page instead.
