"It was worst experience. Our checkin time was 11am but we got room at 1pm that too we changed rooms 3 times. Place was not cleans. Rooms were closed for months so it was smelling really bad. every room was closed for months. Rooms have multiple leakage. Dinning place was not clean. Beds not clean . Bathroom were not clean. We struggled there a lot. I have all the photos of the rooms for proof"

"With a minimal doubt on the staffs behavior found on Google. I expected it shouldn't be that case. But unfortunately they were not helpful and restraining services despite the payment. They close out lift and making it difficult for passengers traveling with luggage. And also charge for water Overall feedback : Hotel cleanliness is excellent but staff behavior and ethics to improve"

"Rooms of this hotel are clean and good size, beds are king size with neat and clean sheets, the calmness of building is a plus point, good and safe CCTV Surveillance, lift service is available, and parking space is fine. Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too."

"I had stayed this hotel many times with family and friends when it's name was mint Salsubury park.. And I booked based on past experience. To my surprise the hotel manager Raju spoiled everything.. Once we arrived at the hotel, he directed us to park the car behind hotel without even taking our luggage out.. Then he denied check in due to non availability of photo ID of my children (mine and wife's ID was provided in original).. There was no welcome gesture no empathy and simply asked us to leave..somehow I found ID on cell. Then he allotted us 2nd floor room which was full of cockroaches and mosquito. Letter on 3rd floor room was given which is newly furnished.. Extremely bad experience.. And hotel management should remove this manager as he doesn't even know how to behave with customer.... Rude and arrogant. Though location, price was good, I won't stay here again for sure. (Housekeeping Staff was cooperating though but can't do much as manager was in command)"

"I had a terrible experience at Hotel Royal Palace Inn. The service was abysmal from start to finish. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and it seemed like they had no interest in addressing any issues. The amenities were outdated and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. To top it off, the owner was dismissive and rude when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Don’t believe this rating, all fake rating"

"I recently stayed at Hotel royal palece and was thoroughly disappointed. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in assisting. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the carpet and dust on the surfaces. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the street kept me up all night. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell and lacked basic toiletries. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."
