"It was worst experience. Our checkin time was 11am but we got room at 1pm that too we changed rooms 3 times. Place was not cleans. Rooms were closed for months so it was smelling really bad. every room was closed for months. Rooms have multiple leakage. Dinning place was not clean. Beds not clean . Bathroom were not clean. We struggled there a lot. I have all the photos of the rooms for proof"

"The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location."

They close out lift and making it difficult for passengers traveling with luggage. Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too."

"1. Waited for almost 1 hour to check in due payment has not been updated by fabhotel 2. After payment has been made, waited another 30 mins... Why????? The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So sweet....Anyone has such kind of experience? 3. I informed at night only that check out will be early morning. So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay..."

"First and foremost, they are cheaters. I booked this hotel through OYO, but upon arriving at 12:30 AM, the owner told me, "You need to pay extra to me and cancel the booking." He even used my phone to call OYO and cancel it. I had no choice but to pay extra due to the late hour. Now, coming to the condition of the room—one word: scary. The floor was sticky, bugs were everywhere, no room service, the AC was broken, bed sheets were unclean, and the toilet was filthy. Bugs were crawling out of the wash basin pipe and roaming on the toilet seat. It was a horrible experience. My suggestion: Please find another hotel."

"I had stayed this hotel many times with family and friends when it's name was mint Salsubury park.. And I booked based on past experience. To my surprise the hotel manager Raju spoiled everything.. Once we arrived at the hotel, he directed us to park the car behind hotel without even taking our luggage out.. Then he denied check in due to non availability of photo ID of my children (mine and wife's ID was provided in original).. There was no welcome gesture no empathy and simply asked us to leave..somehow I found ID on cell. Then he allotted us 2nd floor room which was full of cockroaches and mosquito. Letter on 3rd floor room was given which is newly furnished.. Extremely bad experience.. And hotel management should remove this manager as he doesn't even know how to behave with customer.... Rude and arrogant. Though location, price was good, I won't stay here again for sure. (Housekeeping Staff was cooperating though but can't do much as manager was in command)"

Unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards for several reasons: Payment Harassment at 1:00 AM: On -------------, I was disturbed at 1:00 AM by hotel staff, who insisted on discussing payment matters at such an inappropriate hour. This was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional, causing significant distress. Untidy Room: The room provided to me was unclean, with visible signs of neglect, which made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Poor Service: I also encountered a lack of basic hospitality. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no proper communication or assistance throughout my stay. Lack of Management: It was evident that there was no proper management overseeing operations, as issues were unresolved, and complaints were ignored. Given these multiple concerns, I expect a formal response and appropriate action to address this situation. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in your service, so future guests do not face similar issues. I look forward to your prompt reply and resolution. Sincerely,"

"DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE."

The pillows had fungus inside the pillow case and not to mention the holier than thou attitude of the staff. If they were to pay you to stay at this place, it would still be a bad idea."

"I recently stayed at Hotel royal palece and was thoroughly disappointed. The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in assisting. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the carpet and dust on the surfaces. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the street kept me up all night. Additionally, the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell and lacked basic toiletries. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."
