Comfortable rooms. Great service as is always the case. The staff takes good care to check if you are comfortable. Good food
IF YOU WANT YOU FAMILY SAFE & SECURE WORST PLEASE DO NIOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE THE GUNDAS WHO ARE RUNNING HOTEL FULL HOTEL IS A BEHAVING LIKE BAR AND EVERYWHERE WHISKY BOTTLES ARE THERE CIGRAATES AND STAFF ARE LIKE GUNDAS , REQUESTING YOU AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVERY THIS IN BASEMENT RECEPTION N ALL NO FOOD , NO WATER , NO GEYSER & NOTHING NO SECURITY
Location is in the city, clean rooms but lift wasnt working. Lift issue I can live with but breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. It is best not to even try the breakfast. I got uncooked Idli and absolutely tasteless Sheera. Please dont give the option of breakfast at Al l. The manager at the reception is very arrogant and best NOT to speak to him. Typical Puneri arrogance when you request for anything.
I was there for a few hours, during which time I did not use any service, except to request an extra towel, which was given immediately. The room was neat and clean and very good value for money. The location was convenient for me, and I could park my car inside the premises during the time I was in the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful
Fab hotels is a Scam, I had booked Fab Shourya residency thru booking.com, but they transferred the booking to some Paradise inn and my family was made to pay extra 700 INR as they reached early morning, the hotel was shady and horrible. DON'T BOOK FAB HOTELS, ONLINE
Pathetically pathetic, don't book this hotel, horrible place and terrible staff, better to stay on road than staying here
Disrespectful staff (Rohit), and worst amenities
The location of the hotel is good. It has a very limited parking space available. Rooms could have been a little big compared to the price charged. Staff behaviour was ok, bit not very good.
Terrible Experience Wouldnt Recommend I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The room was extremely dirty, and shockingly, the bed sheets hadnt been changed for over a month. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, they charged me extra for it. To make matters worse, the fresh linens they provided were also dirty and had a terrible smell. The bathroom was in a horrible conditionunclean and poorly maintained. There was a severe staff shortage, with only one person managing everything, leading to poor service overall. The water shortage at night was especially frustrating and made the stay even more uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the hygiene, service, and basic facilities are far below acceptable standards.
I had a terrible experience with Fab Hotel booking. I booked a stay in advance at FabHotel Prime Shourya Residency Shourya Residency, Kothrud Chandragupta Society, but at the time of Check IN, they cancelled my booking without informing me and shifted me to another hotel of much lower grade FabHotel Paradise Inn at Bavdhan Khurd Tal. Mulshi Pune. I had to travel all the way to Mulshi. To make matters worse, the rate of the new hotel was significantly lower, but when I requested a refund for the price difference, they refused to refund the additional amount I was charged. This was outright unethical and feels like a scam. This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. Last-minute changes without prior notice and refusal to refund the difference show a complete lack of customer care. This hotel’s management is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. They ruined my trip and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering Fab Hotel to think twice. This level of negligence and unaccountability is simply appalling. I will never stay here again and will make sure to warn others to stay far away from fab hotel bookings.
