Karve Nagar is a rather sizeable residential area situated on the banks of the Mutha River. People book Pune hotels in this locality owing to its closeness to Cummins India factory, several tourist attractions and hassle-free connectivity to the rest of the city. Further, the locality is also home to Warje Karvenagar Ward Office, Department of Registration and Stamps and Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital and Research Center.
People staying at hotels in Karve Nagar, Pune have numerous places to indulge in retail therapy. Big Bazaar can be visited for stuff ranging from groceries and electronics to kitchenware and fashion wear. Apart from this, you can check out the iconic markets of Pune, such as Fashion Street, Tulsi Baug, Juna Bazaar, Fergusson College Road, Hong Kong Lane and Laxmi Road that are all within 20 minutes’ drive of the locality. Ardent foodies will love this place, as it is home to a large number of dining venues. Hotel Rudra, Nation 52, Chandani, Potoba, AssalAmravati Mh27, Mayuresh Dining Hall, Hotel Kohinoor, Hotel Shraddha, Cafe Apo, Yin Yang, Umber, La Gustosa, Kalinga and Le Petit Amour Patisserie & Bistro are some of the recommended ones. If you are looking to have a great time with drinks at a nearby pub in Pune, then you can head to Level 5 Bistro and Bar, BarBerry, Chandralok, Barometer and Retox.
Another reason Karve Nagar hotels are so popular is that the neighbourhood is home to numerous tourist attractions, which, albeit lesser known, are quite interesting. These include Maharshi Karve Museum, Vikram Pendse Cycles Museum, Joshi's Museum of Miniature Railways and Yashlaxmi Numismatic Museum. Apart from these, several of the famous places to visit in Pune are also nearby, such as Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden (1.9 km), Erandwane Fire Museum (3.5 km), Peshwe Museum (4.4 km), Saras Baug (4.7 km), Yashwantrao Chavan Garden (5 km), Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum (5.1 km), Shaniwar Wada (5.8 km) and Blades of Glory Cricket Museum (6.1 km).

Travellers can hire a cab or take a bus to reach Pune International Airport, which is 15.7 km away, in 50 minutes. Pune Junction, the nearest railway station for long-distance trains, is 8.4 km. Those coming by their own vehicle can reach here via Karve Road, which links the locality to National Highway 48. For travelling around the city, cabs operated by private firms as well as by Uber and Ola are readily available.
Very pleasant experience! Peaceful stay, helpful staff! Mithilesh was so kind!
It's very nice hotel. Rooms are cleans and staff is very helpful.
Good services only little bit mesh up but it was done if we inform them otherwise very good place and Hospitality
Location is in the city, clean rooms but lift wasnt working. Lift issue I can live with but breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. It is best not to even try the breakfast. I got uncooked Idli and absolutely tasteless Sheera. Please dont give the option of breakfast at Al l. The manager at the reception is very arrogant and best NOT to speak to him. Typical Puneri arrogance when you request for anything.
We had booked this hotel through oyo. Upon arrival once we paid and entered the room it was good from outside but the bathroom was very shady. When we asked to give us another room we were asked to upgrade the room which was their trick to sell the same room at higher price though the room size and amenities was same only bathroom was clean. The disappointing part is the lady at the reception was way too rude and trying to loot in every chance she would get. I would recommend if you're planning to stay here pls ask them to show the room first and then pay otherwise they will loot you for every basis upgrades.
Rooms weren't in good condition, walls and window shades were dirty and washbasin had pan spit stains. They did not provide with any water bottles. There is no intercom installed. Though whatever you ask for they provide the same politely and nicely. Staff is professional and polite and welcoming. My review is purely about the look and feel of hotel else the staff and services upon asked were all 5 star rated.
Worst hotel ever in Pune ...staff is not supporting..they took 2k and said us to leave room after 12 hours as we have checked in night although they didn't informed us about this initially. No hygiene. Don't come here at any cost
Fab hotels is a Scam, I had booked Fab Shourya residency thru booking.com, but they transferred the booking to some Paradise inn and my family was made to pay extra 700 INR as they reached early morning, the hotel was shady and horrible. DON'T BOOK FAB HOTELS, ONLINE
Pathetically pathetic, don't book this hotel, horrible place and terrible staff, better to stay on road than staying here
