"Beware before booking this Hotel, they will ask you extra money on top of booking amount. I booked room in this hotel on arrival they started asking for extra money so I changed my hotel to decent one takling with customer care. Arrogant hotel staff."

The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location."

Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too."

"1. Waited for almost 1 hour to check in due payment has not been updated by fabhotel 2. After payment has been made, waited another 30 mins... Why????? The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So sweet....Anyone has such kind of experience? 3. I informed at night only that check out will be early morning. So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay..."

"Dear Rajdhani Hotel Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Rajdhani Hotel, located at Narpalgi Chowk, Pune-411011. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards for several reasons: Payment Harassment at 1:00 AM: On -------------, I was disturbed at 1:00 AM by hotel staff, who insisted on discussing payment matters at such an inappropriate hour. This was not only unnecessary but also unprofessional, causing significant distress. Untidy Room: The room provided to me was unclean, with visible signs of neglect, which made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Poor Service: I also encountered a lack of basic hospitality. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no proper communication or assistance throughout my stay. Lack of Management: It was evident that there was no proper management overseeing operations, as issues were unresolved, and complaints were ignored. Given these multiple concerns, I expect a formal response and appropriate action to address this situation. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in your service, so future guests do not face similar issues. I look forward to your prompt reply and resolution. Sincerely,"

"DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE."
