Worst experience ever! the rooms was decent, was there for 3 days, paid extra for at the time of booking to include breakfast but was forced to paid at the location and asked to complaint online as he did not care about it! at the time of booking it was mentioned that room service is available but nobody came when there was chocked washroom, no cleaning of rooms and not even fresh towels was provided, even when order food with room service from their own menu on the first day they took our vehicle to fetch the food stating that they have no kitchen. they even ask for the vehicle multiple times to do some of the chores for the other tasks which was not related to us! overall bad experience with fabhotel, would have never went for the hotel if it was not associated with them. totally disappointed.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))
