FabHotel Ranjanas

One of the worst hotel stay i have ever had in my life, have heard lots of good things about fabhotels thats why selected fab for the first time since it was a business trip for 14 days but really disappointed with the service and attitude of hotel staff.. main manager on the counter is one of the rudest person on the earth, he has no respect for customers and treat them like they are beggars, i also included breakfast as mentioned on app it was 2 dishes plus tea or coffee but manager denied to give tea or coffee and ask me to pay extra for tea even though i already paid 100 extra for breakfast also only one item in breakfast that too roadside food like vadapav and bhajiya, ac started leaking on very first day and no one bothered to attend my complain on ac finally i have to kept bucket under ac for 14 days of my stay, no hot water, no room service at all..uh request to fabhotels management please don't get associated with such hotel as your brand is getting tarnished..

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. the breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

Very bad rooms... untidy room and full smoking sting in the room... worst experience for this. only 1 deluxe room was available which wall was full of leakages & other room ac was not working. i paid extra 300rs and took suit room which was available in little good condition.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))

With that charges hotel could have maintained room and washroom very well.. but it was very filthy.. every corner it was dirty, bedsheet, towel all dirty, in washroom tissue paper kept was from how many years old i can't say.. very bad experience
