Nice staying hotel . Immediate booking even middle of night . Family friendly and also couple friendly.... Staff is very cooperative

Rooms of this hotel are clean and good size, beds are king size with neat and clean sheets, the calmness of building is a plus point, good and safe CCTV Surveillance, lift service is available, and parking space is fine. Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too.

The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location.

In today's day and age, clean sheets and clean pillow cases should be the bare minimum expectation when staying at any hotel and it is a woeful display of poor service when these simple attributes become a secondary consideration.. Whilst this hotel had the location convenience I required for the work I needed to do, it was not a place I wanted to race back to at the end of the day.. Dirty walls, inadequate bathroom facilities hard mattress should not be the norm no matter what the cost. Raise your rates and fix the issues is my advice as you are doing yourself and potential future customers a disservice if you dont..

With a minimal doubt on the staffs behavior found on Google. I expected it shouldn't be that case. But unfortunately they were not helpful and restraining services despite the payment. They close out lift and making it difficult for passengers traveling with luggage. The worst experience ever - pls discontinue your collaboration with Deccan 8 - they are undertaking very risky and seemingly illegal business with a building that is visibly in need of an health hazard audit - under your name tag.

1. Waited for almost 1 hour to check in due payment has not been updated by fabhotel 2. After payment has been made, waited another 30 mins... Why????? The key of the proposed alloted room was taken by someone who was gone to some other place... During the one hour delay, they didnt noticed that..... So sweet....Anyone has such kind of experience? 3. I informed at night only that check out will be early morning. So, what i found in morning.. the lift is switched off and no one taking up the call in reception. Thus have to carry all luggage from 3rd floor to ground d floor. - Such a nice and beautiful stay...

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm not sure why it's called a hotel because it is NOT hotel-like at all. By far the most pathetic rooms I've been in, and I'm a rather frequent Oyo user so my standards are basically "I'm okay as long as you're not trying to kill me." And this place felt like it was trying to kill us for sure. There's black mold on the walls and the curtains. Used condoms under the bed. Random nails sticking out of the walls. The false ceiling is falling off in parts, there's old chewing gum spat out and lying in the bathroom, and the cupboard has broken shelves inside. You'll find the elevator not working most times and the intercom doesn't work either so you have to go down to the reception to tell them that the damn elevator isn't working. Then they hand-crank some generator-like thing which starts extremely loud Shaktiman sounds in its Herculean effort to get the elevator working. The elevator cabin somehow goes a few inches lower the moment you step in and if you're lucky you have a LOUD, rickety but otherwise uneventful trip up to your floor. If you're not lucky - I don't want to think about what could happen. Do NOT ask for water bottles here, they charge extra for giving you drinking water. There's free non-bottled water but I'm pretty confident you'd be risking your life if you attempt drinking that. Overall, definitely do yourself a favour and SKIP THIS PLACE.

Stay here if you want to punish yourself. Absolutely terrible. Forget the quality of room etc, this place had mould and fungus all over the room. The pillows had fungus inside the pillow case and not to mention the holier than thou attitude of the staff. If they were to pay you to stay at this place, it would still be a bad idea.
