The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location.

In today's day and age, clean sheets and clean pillow cases should be the bare minimum expectation when staying at any hotel and it is a woeful display of poor service when these simple attributes become a secondary consideration.. Whilst this hotel had the location convenience I required for the work I needed to do, it was not a place I wanted to race back to at the end of the day.. Dirty walls, inadequate bathroom facilities hard mattress should not be the norm no matter what the cost. Raise your rates and fix the issues is my advice as you are doing yourself and potential future customers a disservice if you dont..

I have booked the hotel with breakfast, lunch/dinner but hotel staff said that there were no kitchen available in this hotel, FAB staff didn't support in this regards & taken full amount of rupees 4818. Hotel staff are also not supported in this

The worst experience ever - pls discontinue your collaboration with Deccan 8 - they are undertaking very risky and seemingly illegal business with a building that is visibly in need of an health hazard audit - under your name tag.

It looked like that they were against hindi speaking people, I had 4-5 heated arguments with them on very little things , They really sucks in hospitality

It was worst experience. Our checkin time was 11am but we got room at 1pm that too we changed rooms 3 times. Place was not cleans. Rooms were closed for months so it was smelling really bad. every room was closed for months. Rooms have multiple leakage. Dinning place was not clean. Beds not clean . Bathroom were not clean. We struggled there a lot. I have all the photos of the rooms for proof
