"The hotel room is big enough, clean. No restaurant in the hotel, you can order through Zomato. Safe location for girls, many restaurants around and residential areas around. The person in the reception is kind, helped to get early check-in and late check out with advance information. You can get ola/Uber cab auto easily from this location."

"First and foremost, they are cheaters. I booked this hotel through OYO, but upon arriving at 12:30 AM, the owner told me, "You need to pay extra to me and cancel the booking." He even used my phone to call OYO and cancel it. I had no choice but to pay extra due to the late hour. Now, coming to the condition of the room—one word: scary. The floor was sticky, bugs were everywhere, no room service, the AC was broken, bed sheets were unclean, and the toilet was filthy. Bugs were crawling out of the wash basin pipe and roaming on the toilet seat. It was a horrible experience. My suggestion: Please find another hotel."

"Pathetic rooms, bedsheets were stained, we had to wear shoes inside the room because the floor was dirty. Towels were not provided, floor mat was wet, no water in bathroom we had to ask buckets of water and lastly had to check out within few hours"

"Provided me a smaller room not the one i booked because previous people did not check out on time. Also charged me 500 extra for early check-in even after my booking was 20 days prior and already told them that I'll need early check-in. Floor were not clean sticky floor no room service, reception doesn't receive calls. Power cut every one hour. Pathetic !!"

"As per the photos uploaded on the site ..rooms were not upto the mark...no parking of car in this hotel .entry for car is cery much conjusted .as per the prices they are charging rooms not upto the mark . We didnt feel like staying in a good hotel . And the bed they are giving was spring bed ..was not able to sleep whole b Night due to the spring bed . Will give only 1 % rating as its near to the railway station ..we changed the hotel next day and went into the other hotel"

"Terrible experience. Guy at reception not behaving properly. No cleaned room. Bed was not so clean. No hygiene - cockroaches are in room. Only soap in toiletries was there. Not even tissue paper in toilet. Towel was dirty and having odorous smell. Not even shower was there in bathroom. They charged 500 rupees at reception as pre check-in, earlier it was mentioned as 300 by your fab hotel executive. Even receipt also not provided for the same."

I'm literally roaming around in the streets till somebody checks out and I can checkin Very bad service from their side Update- They offered me a service room for 2 to 3 hours until somebody checked out so I could sleep there Now I've got my room and it is beautiful The location of the hotel is also very nice plus it's value for money Room service and hotel staff behaviour is also very good You will not feel lonely here and there are restaurants and cafes within 1km so you can walk Also, they allow Zomato people to come to the door so you don't have to go downstairs Overall, a good stay"

"The room was adequately equipped with good pevels of hygiene and natural lighting. The linen was clean and there wasn't any unpleasant odour in the room. The service staff also got an urgent laundry order fulfilled, which I highly appreciate. The billing and check in experience was not the best. I got the message from the travel platform that the staff did not even check me in. I felt this to be some kind of scam, which is why I did not pay on the payment gateway the staff showed me and made the payment on the travel platform's page instead."
