Rooms of this hotel are clean and good size, beds are king size with neat and clean sheets, the calmness of building is a plus point, good and safe CCTV Surveillance, lift service is available, and parking space is fine. Just weak WIFI signal. Service is so professional, well behaved staff, always welcoming with a smile. Location of this hotel is best as it is center of city, and rest of the areas are mainly close by and connected too.

With a minimal doubt on the staffs behavior found on Google. I expected it shouldn't be that case. But unfortunately they were not helpful and restraining services despite the payment. They close out lift and making it difficult for passengers traveling with luggage. And also charge for water Overall feedback : Hotel cleanliness is excellent but staff behavior and ethics to improve

No expected this type poor service and management from a reputed hotel .Which charge you have taken ,that type service and management not available .Very poor brake fast facility and management

The worst experience ever - pls discontinue your collaboration with Deccan 8 - they are undertaking very risky and seemingly illegal business with a building that is visibly in need of an health hazard audit - under your name tag.

It looked like that they were against hindi speaking people, I had 4-5 heated arguments with them on very little things , They really sucks in hospitality

It was worst experience. Our checkin time was 11am but we got room at 1pm that too we changed rooms 3 times. Place was not cleans. Rooms were closed for months so it was smelling really bad. every room was closed for months. Rooms have multiple leakage. Dinning place was not clean. Beds not clean . Bathroom were not clean. We struggled there a lot. I have all the photos of the rooms for proof
