Good and helpful staff .Tea is very good . However maintainance is a issue. Bed was not comfortable as springs were always troubling if you sit on ur knees or do something with elbow.
Good: 1. The location was convenient to me as I was in Pune for a training session at Symbiosis University to which this hotel is close. 2. The staff were very polite and tried their best to smooth over the horrible experience I had here. Bad: This property is HORRIBLE! I had high expectations from this place after a wonderful stay at a Fabhotels property in Bangalore. But all I received was DISAPPOINTMENT! *The room was crawling with cockroaches. *Room smelt stale. *Bird nests on the window sill. *Blood stains on the mattress and no fresh bedsheets/pillowcases *The mattress had protruding springs that made lying down painful. *Shower not working. *Flush cistern not filling *Frequent powercuts THERE'S NOTHING ROYAL ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
Rooms not clean Toilet is unhygienic Ac not working properly Taps not working Only thing i choose it because it was nearer to my work place.
I was really unhappy with the stay. Except people every thing is usless. There was no parking and had the park the vehicle in the road. The food was so unorganised. Facilities are like non. The quality of stay worst. I will prefer not to opt this hotel any more
Worst experience ever.. reached Pune after booking this hotel and paid in full advance. At 7 pm the hotel says that they don't have any rooms available. No calls, nothing.. just that the rooms aren't available. This, only after I called the property to check the parking facility...and instead got to know that the rooms weren't available. We were stranded without the hotel for quiet some time and book a hotel far away and drive there in the night to get there.. No explanation whatsoever.. I would take the case up to the consumer court and see to it that the property is punished and doesn't repeat this ordeal with any other visitor..
Reached hotel on 26th 0500. Check in to Room No. 301. Room Bedsheet and pillow cover was old. Dirt and hair was on. Curtain was full of dust, toilet flush was not Working. Health faucet was leaking contributing to water wastage. Towel was missing. Provided one Bathroom soap amd 1 bottle mineral water. After complainig to Fabhotel Costumer care they provided pillow cover and Bedsheet. Breakfast poha with tea was good. 2nd day Breakfast aalo poratta with curd and tea was also good. AC was fine. On final day i Asked for an extension till 1300 they denied, told me the hotel is full. After calling Fabhotel headoffice they extended till 1300. The hotel Don't have lift, but staff was polite and transferred luggage.
Frequent power cuts, breakfast wasnt provided, even when ordered they still didnt show up with the break fast, we were not provided free water we were charged, no compensation for the pathetic behaviour , the fabhotels royal inn NS promised something else and delivered a pathetic service, the fabhotels 24*7 help service wasnt available...the helpline contact provided was incorrect or invalid rather, very m0uch disappointed, wouldn't recommend this to others, and would also write up negative feedbacks ... looking forward to some compensation.
Worst hotel stay bathrooms are like public washrooms rooms are untidy like they haven't been cleaned from months staaf is not supportive complaints are unsolved from the travel companies. Water supply is never available Worst hotel. Please avoid visiting the hotel
