good location, great breakfast, good hotel and good staff. Very few hotels meet all the criteria.

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

Check in was painless. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is friendly. Very courteous.

The lobby on all floors and the staircases are filthy, unclean with cigarette butts all over the place. The AC unit was dripping water on the TV. The towels were torn. Impair soft a suite room and the hotel staff gave us a smaller room and created a ruckus and were unwilling to reduce the amount to be charged on this account. When I threatened to call the police, they agreed to a partial refund

No hot water, no towels, mosquitoes in room. Lift wasn't working either

Worst rooms and service. Cleanliness and hospitality is pathetic. Won't recommend to anyone. They don't provide a/c for the first 3 days and charged 2000/- extra for the extended hours of checkout.
