FabHotel Rudra Residency Pune
"Worst ever service I have gotten. The room was fine, but nothing in the name of amenities. 1) The working staff were very lazy and they didn't even carry the luggage, we had to carry it to the third floor by ourselves up the stairs. That brings me to 2) Lift was not working most of the time. 3) Not even the 1L water was not provided. 4) There was not even facility of water dispenser from where I can fill water. I had to buy water every time I wanted to drink water. 5) The swimming pool shown in the photo was a scam, there is no swimming pool. 6) The owner was also very very rude, in my 6 days of stay I fought atleast 3 times with the owner. The owner does not know how to talk properly, and was very rude. When I complained that even the basic amenities were not provided, I was told "checkout if you don't like it, and forget the money" 7) The extra mattress provided was also so bad, it hurt my back. And they also didn't have a proper blanket or comforter. In conclusion, I will request you to put in some more money and book some other room from MMT or just book an airbnb."

"The experience of staying at Fabhotel prime rester select chakan was terrible. The room was very small. Smelling bad. I requested to change the room but they didn't changed the room. Basin drain was fully leakage from downside. Washroom was pathetic. There was no washroom kit available. No telephone available in room to contact to hotel staff. Shower and geyser was not working. Fabhotel should block this hotels. Pathetic service."

"Worst hotel ever !! Won't suggest to anyone . This hotel is linked with fab hotels and take reservations from there .. we've booked a room in advance and also paid the pre deposit money but when we got there with all our luggage they denied to give us our room because they had taken orders from there own last night.. worst management that I have ever seen . And we booked for 3 nights and we were being told that their rooms were not ready and under maintenance soo we adjusted for a night in another hotel .. soo basically they lied to us as they gave the rooms that were prebooked to someone else . If they can't manage bookings then they should not be connected to any hotel chains if they want to take personal bookings. Fab hotels should take a look at this and take needful action."

"I has a stay for 4 days. My experience was very bad. I had come to pune for my work so i had to stay out untill evening for my work. The person who handles there had call me that he has to intall geyser and was so asking for the permission to open the room with other keys. Even after not giving permission he opened the room and installed the geyser. I didnt find it ethical because all of my things were lying down being a girl it was very disrespectful for me. There are no toiletries provided we have to ask for a towel There are no water bottle provided complimentary. I choosed this hotel in the name of fab but had a very bad experience Pathethic work by fab."

"Totally a waste of money, dirty rooms, unhygienic condition, cockroach will be your companion in the room. Denied use of credit card, only free channels will be available on TV, water supply inconsistent, staff is totally unprofessional, don't know how to talk to customers, in the whole gallery it was in the dark. I could say the best place to shoot a horror movie without any modification in the hotel. Also they asked to pay the whole 3 days amount during the checking only and refused to refund any money if I checked out early. The big question is then why I stayed there, well it's destiny that my company booked that hotel for me and it was late night when I reached that hotel didn't had much energy to check other hotels in late night so I stayed but that was hell of experience. No buddy will pick up your call at reception, no slippers in the room, no shampoo, no soap, no dental kit, no shaving kit, means there was nothing I could say that this thing is good at 2500 rupees a night charge. Totally pathetic."

"I booked this room for 7 days. Reached there and found highly unprofessional staff. Reception was dirty and then they shown a room in which the linen was used and dirty. The washroom was unhygienic. When I asked him to clean the room n washroom, the staff behaved very rudely n told me that no room is empty and asked me to go somewhere else. I booked it through Fabhotel. The behaviour of customer care was very unsupportive. I suggest you to not waste money by booking Rudra. BIG NO....."

"It was a mess, I mean the cushion cover was dirty and there it was covered with stains. I asked the owner if I could get another room he suggested me one room and he himself came with me to show me the room and when we opened the room I was shocked there were cockroaches moving all around on the bed. I would suggest not to waste money over this hotel rather other hotels are good with the same amount."
