The hotel's facilities were top-notch, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food and service. Compared to other hotels in Prayagraj, surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend NEW SHANTI HOTEL to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Keep up the fantastic work! Rating: 5/5

Hotel Manager Shubham was a wonderful person. He arranged wonderful arrangements for Mahakumbh that we could visit Sangam in no time and safely with my entire family. He made special arrangements for food as zomato was disabled due to mahakumbh heavy traffic. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. 5 stars to entire team. Thanks you so much.

Rooms had bad damp smell , had to see other rooms all were same , toilets were not clean once requested were cleaned twice . Overall nota comfortable stay as room was smelly moist damp . One service person was good who helped but overall below average stay

This hotel is around 6-7KM outside of Sangam Area. There is no proper restaurant in and around here except for one which is closed for public use when the restaurant is reserved for some function. This hotel promised breakfast. We request the previous day to serve the breakfast by 08:00 am as we had to leave by 08:30 to catch the train. The care takers inspite of repeated request delayed and never gave the included breakfast even at 08:30. The reason he gave was he is getting it parceled from elsewhere which opens only at 08:30/09:00. There is no other restaurant nearby. There is only a bakery nearby which opens late. There was no hot water in the room and inspite of repeated request to provide hot water which the caretaker said would come after emptying 1-2 buckets we only received cold water and had to manage with it. This was as 07:00 in the morning. No adequate towels were provided by citing the reason that towels are in laundry. The bathroom of one room had a open ventilation window on top which was always open. So a big privacy issue too. Overall i would not recommend this due to the staff behavior. Rooms are descent however it doesn't have adequate amenities. The location shared by hotel during booking was also incorrect which made us wander around the city for quite some time. The hotel has strangely good reviews due to which we booked the place. However, the situation is totally opposite. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, and lizards who would welcome you to the bathroom. The hot water facility was challenging and the food options were not even basic. Even if I go ahead and talk about the brand FabHotels the customer support is also disappointing. I had done a premium room booking for two adult ladies and did the booking in my name. When I reached there with my friend and we were about to check in they asked me to pay extra charges for the extra person. I was so baffled because the premium room accommodates two adults and that was what I booked. However,they didn't co-operate or give us a logical understanding of the expenses.They didn't even reimburse the advance I had paid for which I must have received a 100 msgs back to back the day I had booked until I made the payment. We were two ladies and it was already evening and the team just outrightly exploited our situation. When I told the receptionist that I will write a review on this they tried to pacify us by giving a better room but even that had poor infrastructure with broken window sils, non working geyser and no towels or complimentary water for the guests.I have attached the image of the mattress given to us and that too was changed after continuous request of two hours. I don't know if this is a specific experience or if it is the general experience for all. Except for one service guy Himanshu (who really tried to be nice and got us shifted from our so called Premium room) I have no words for others. The city Prayagraj had been the best experience for us with honest people and thoughtful arrangements.This hotel however where we thought we would rest was the bad memory of this trip .

Worst experience, won't recommend it to all. No facilities...pathetic service

The hotel is very dirty and not recommended for families and anyone. Very bad experience. Wall, room, washroom was so dirty that it was not even cleaned. Not recommended at all. Cheap hotel with bad quality of facilities

Pros: 1. Situated on a broad main road 2. Rooms with attached bathroom 3. Hot water geyser in bathroom Cons: 1. Rooms are old with old amenities 2. Bedsheets and towels are smelly 3. Cockroaches in room 4. Common area doesn't give good vibes 5. Staircases are steep 6. No dedicated parking 7. Service is of namesake

The rooms shown in the photo were fake . The rooms were not good. Rooms were stinking . There were mice inside the room!
