    "Pros: Room was spacious. Very comfortable bed. Fridge in the room was a nice addition. Staff was friendly. Cons: very slow Wifi. A lot of mould in the room. Newspaper at the bottom of cupboards and pigeon feathers on bathroom windows. Very low shower water pressure. Aircon was locked so i couldnt change the temperature at all. Not a great atmosphere for the whole hotel."

    "The Hotel is situated at White Town, making the location accessible to other tourist spots and especially promenade beach. The staff was extremely polite and considerate. The breakfast was amazing for the 3 days we stayed there. Rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic. Overall a fabulous stay at Fab Shanti Inn."

    "Good house keeping services on time. Breakfast is not available at your hotel and need to wait for 1.5 hour to get from other restaurant. Room pillow and blanket cover is not cleaned as we could saw hairs from past. Wall color is very old if it could be latest wall colors or wall paper it makes us more pleasant."

    "Rooms and Service matches my expectations given the price point. I gave location a 3 star, although the hotel was situated walking distance to all major sight scenes but parking of a vehicle is nightmare as there is no dedicated parking spot and had to park my vehicle on road and once you take your car out, finding parking spot again is difficult and had to park my car in No Parking zone."

    "In a nice location and rooms were very clean and tidy. Everything is nearby . Breakfast platter is limited but very tasty . Beach , shops , cafe etc everything is nearby , hardly 5-6 mins walk or 1-2 mins scooty ride"

    "Terrible experience:I booked this hotel for 3 nights stay but checked out after 1 night itself. Room size is very small. Please don't go by the pics on the site. We stayed in this hotel on 2nd Jan and the kitchen was under some maintenance. When we ordered for lunch, they took the order, but called us up after sometime & told the kitchen is closed, so order your food from swiggy. We ended up having our lunch & dinner from swiggy. Breakfast was pathetic, just Idly, upma & poori bhaji, chai/coffee. Hotel boasts of a rooftop bar, but it's not even worth siting.Hotel staff was good though- the only saviour. They arranged for milk boiling & a new electric kettle for my 2 year old kid on 1 request. Please don't waste your money on this hotel."

    "All good. Specially the helpful and well behaved staff and excellent location and spotlessly clean rooms . However, being a 3 star property, the rooms sud have provisions like tea bags, coffee etc. Toilets sud have toothbrush, shaving kit in the least. One mini freezer is provided, but not a simple hair drier. Management sud look into this."

    "Loved the location of this properly as it has all famous tourist places, shopping, multi cuisine restaurant's very closely located (gives a nice feeling of local life at Pondi). The staff at the reception was also very helpful to guide us for the must visit places & also helped in renting a bike to ride. The manager & Sathish Kumar was very helping & kind enough to guide us for our further travel & stay at Fab Hotel in Channai."

    "What was good-Fantastic location, a short walk from most of the sites in Pondicherry. Breakfast was good. Rooms came with fridge but no kettle. Room was very clean. What was bad- There were lots of mosquitoes throughout the hotel, in the lift, stairway, entrance hall and even in the room. Ended up getting bitten quite a lot in our sleep. Other than that it was a great hotel."

All staff members are well aware of the policies. The room was clean and well-maintained with a mini fridge, TV, and hygenic wwashrooms. This hotel is a safe bet in my opinion."

    "Never ever book FabHotels. They change hotel without consultation. They send a message saying "You have been upgraded" and move you to a lower grade hotel. I was cheated by Thaneegai Residency in Pondy. Shanti Inn has no restaurant, bar is not working, in a crowded location, no car parking facility. Nothing good other than the staff attitude."

    "Its good but we booked for 3 guest & they provided only one bed which can be shared by 2 people. Tho they provided extra mattres but one has to sleep down near to dustbin even. That's not fair as all of us would pay equally. If they are taking bookings for 3 then they should provide 3 bed. Breakfast was good tho."
