Totally recommend this hotel when you visit Pondicherry. It's at a prime location with Beaches, Churches, restaurant and shopping within 1 km. The owner and staff are very helpful. They also serve fresh and tasty breakfast.
Overall great experience in Radha residency. Easy to access all nearby Pondicherry places. Rooms looks good, clean and spacious. Family friendly
I am traveling a south Indian tour in pondicherry I stay in fab express shanti inn hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean also large . Talk about food breakfast and dinner was really Fabulous. Behaviour of staff and chief also excellent. I would recommend must stay in this hotel and try their food
Very courteous behaviour of the staff, cleanliness of the property, air-conditioning, overall feel good ambience.
The room was very good and the food was tasty.
Very efficient staff. Room service was prompt with good quality food. Bed was comfortable. Overall positive.
The room was old and the windows were broken letting mosquitoes in.There was no pigeon netting and the pigeons were nesting, they were noisy. They only provided a mattress for the 3rd person making the room less spacious. They have to update the photos .In the morning we listened to the furniture dragged across the floor by other guests for breakfast which we did not eat The only thing good was a renovated bathroom
Located on a highway and near to the serene beach. Rooms are not well maintained especially the blankets. They denied providing toiletries also. Parking is back at the hotel. No restaurant is available in the hotel ,but a pure-veg restaurant is available adjacent to the hotel. It wont look like a fab hotel branded one, just a normal hotel.
Would give 1 star but the staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast chef was really lovely, nice breakfast and roof. The room was pretty terrible. It should be clear on the website or booking.com that most rooms have NO NATURAL LIGHT. They have windows that open directly into another building. Also no soundproofing, I could hear all the bathroom activities of the man next door. Decor tired and not automatically cleaned or given fresh towels. Nothing really dries as there’s no fresh air or light so everything felt dark and damp. Also very small room. We checked out early to find a nicer room, did not realise Pondy is expensive (even in the Indian side) and you need to make sure you will be given a room with windows! Can get better for the same money. Seems fab hotels have done a good job with photos and marketing and booking.com algorithm
