Really it's very nice place for stay .and room services is also good.i like it .

Guests come to hotel and see two things, the sheets/towels provided and the quality of cleaning in washroom. They both were of sub standard in this hotel. In fact, while washing face, the wash basin itself fell down and I hurt my finger and leg badly. The latches of all the doors, the taps were badly maintained. Need to improve a lot..

Selected this hotel for location and reviews. Location is great going to or coming from the airport and you need a close place to sleep. Room and bathroom are clean. Staff are generally helpful and friendly, Bedsheets are clean but not spotless. No 5 star rating because 1. All stay no water for shower, tap and toilet. Could not flush the toilet 2. Breakfast came late. This staff member had no change money and kept repeating he wanted something in Hindi. He speaks only Hindi, me zero. I came R4 short on the bill lacking more coins. Finally he pointed out repeatedly and persistently he wanted 30% as tip. Yes, breakfast was at 6 AM, but when pushed like this, I lose all compassion. Sorry.

Very bad experience with Fab hotel holiday grand Was booked on official fab hotel app.. Then visited Hotel on 10 PM then hotel manager denied to check in After we requested he a ready to give room on extra charge Then we payed extra charge and check in After that room , bed is not clean Also not giving complimentary water,soup etc like other hotels Don’t go to this hotel.. Also manager behaviour is non cooperative..

Well my experience was not good . I had booked from an app in that it was not mentioned about advance payment but the day I was about to reach their they called me to pay 30 percent and I called to clarify about it ,they never picked up my phone . I mean what is this behavior.

Asking extra money than online booking after 1hour fight he ready to provide rooms but service is very bad, when we asking for 2 towels after 1 hour he provide 1 towel and saying ''ये भी बडी मुशखील ले adjust कर के लाया हू '' low quality service don't visit this place Also The manager behavior is not rude and non cooperative

This hotel is in a quintessential residential zone and they literally have parking space for one car. Having below average rooms and services is one thing but this hotel and its owners are a menace for nearby residents. Clogging roads, parking unauthorised infront of residences and blocking their daily lives! You will always find a couple of folks standing around the reception eye balling street goers and nearby residents. I have no idea how local police and authorities have allowed this hotel to open and operate in such a dense residential area!! EPITOMY OF CORRUPTION AND CRONYISM!!

Pathetic place near an eye hospital, entrance is dumped with garbage of the hospital. Mosquitos will entertain you. Rats will massage you while you are in deep sleep. Pathetic and dusty reception. Rotten smell from hard bed, can't sleep, 3rd floor, no lift. In short it's a HELL, if you wish to have a nightmare and see the HELL, you are welcome. Don't expect photos, not have that patience.

Room services were pathetic, they don't have basic amenities in the rooms like mineral water, soap, shampoo even at standard price plus the location is also not that great, overall poor experience

Very risky!! Safety is a big concern. Never risk your family life. Staffs are thieves.they steal your goods. My personal experience. One got caught red handed. 2 days back. Suspicious and unsocial people stay around you.
