Bathroom light was not working

The plugs and lights not working. Dim lightning in the room. Has to get food from outside. Not enough hot water. Bed covers, blanket sheet and bed sheets not changed. Poorly staffed. Dust on floor. Whole area of reception dly lighted. Breakfast very few options. Had to eat in the room as there was no dining room.

Shabby. Not maintained. All taps to changed. Mattress is like hard rock. Electric switches to changed. Overall not at all livable.
