I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and well-decorated, creating a nice first impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern furnishings. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained with good water pressure in the shower. The housekeeping service did a great job of keeping the room fresh each day. One of the highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food, and the dinner menu offered tasty dishes. Room service was also prompt and well-prepared. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also had nice amenities like a gym and a swimming pool, which were well-maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the property. Overall, my stay here was enjoyable. The combination of comfortable rooms, great service, and convenient location made it a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again in the future.
The room felt a bit small as per picture I saw online. TV, Geyser and other stuff was working well. The only thing is since it is near flyover there was noise of trucks and cars all the time in the night which affect my sleep sometime also since I am vegetarian I will suggest eating food near Station cause there was no veg or good meal around here only fast food or non veg or you can opt out at hotel for breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.
Review of FabHotel Accommodation Experience The hotel accommodation was extremely poor. The room provided was very small, leaving no space for movement. Despite being assured that a king-sized bed with an extra mattress would be available for three people, the bed was much smaller than expected, and no extra mattress was provided. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap—commonly provided even by budget hotels—were not available. The bathroom was unhygienic, emitting a foul smell, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. I contacted FabHotel two days before check-in to inform them about my late arrival (scheduled check-in at 11 AM, but my train was reaching at 11 PM). I requested arrangements in advance, but no proper preparation was made. The room allotted was just 10 meters from a highway, leading to excessive noise from heavy vehicles throughout the night. Despite raising complaints, the only solution offered was providing a separate room for one person to sleep in peace. Moreover, the hotel’s landline was not working, making it impossible to contact room service. The food quality was good, but it was overpriced. A 1-liter water bottle was being sold for ₹30, whereas a 2-liter Bisleri bottle was available for ₹20 just outside the hotel. Upon contacting MakeMyTrip, they justified the noise issue by stating that the hotel is located near a bus stand. However, I later discovered that the bus stand had been shifted elsewhere, meaning the noise was primarily from trucks and other vehicles. This misleading information significantly impacted my stay. Despite all these issues, the reception staff and the person delivering food were polite and well-mannered. Additionally, I found the people of Patna to be extremely courteous and respectful. If you are looking for overpriced food with poor accommodation and constant traffic noise throughout the night, you may consider this hotel. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this property. Additionally, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was highly disappointing, and due to this experience, I am planning to delete my account and app. I am not promoting Goibibo or any other platform, but since I had booked through Goibibo before, I found their services better. However, I strongly recommend using any other app except MakeMyTrip, as it was the worst booking experience I have ever had.
Rooms are good, however bathroom needs revamping as it’s very congested. The windows must be sound proof cause whole night we were disturbed due to traffic noise. However, hospitality by Mr. Ram Shankar and other hotel staff was good.
1.Throghout the night after power cut AC didn't work and in the morning when I asked at reception, he said 2.Hotel a new new person has joined and forgot to give AC connection with power bqck up. receptionist has taken the phone from.my hand for giving high rating without my consent
Linen were dirty and used. No handwash or shopes were provided for handwash. Single towel for 02 person. Cp fittings/Basin Mixer installed was leaking. Room was dirty and smelling very bad. Overall Bad experience. Plz make necessary changes/ improvement.
Selected this hotel for location and reviews. Location is great going to or coming from the airport and you need a close place to sleep. Room and bathroom are clean. Staff are generally helpful and friendly, Bedsheets are clean but not spotless. No 5 star rating because 1. All stay no water for shower, tap and toilet. Could not flush the toilet 2. Breakfast came late. This staff member had no change money and kept repeating he wanted something in Hindi. He speaks only Hindi, me zero. I came R4 short on the bill lacking more coins. Finally he pointed out repeatedly and persistently he wanted 30% as tip. Yes, breakfast was at 6 AM, but when pushed like this, I lose all compassion. Sorry.
it was a terrible experience, there are not providing room as shown in pictures
The hotel is exactly the opposite of how it is shown in the pics They charged us for water bottles which were to be provided as complimentary. When asked for bill, they simply refused. Not safe either! Highly not recommend
Room was very filthy. Bedsheet was also filthy. Bathroom was very very dirty. Staffs behaviour was good and they were helpful. Options for complementary breakfast was very limited, only puri (4 pcs) sabji or aloo paratha (2 pcs) or sattu paratha (2 pcs).
