Here is a revised version of your feedback: --- this is one of the worst hotels i have ever visited. the service provided by fab hotel, especially by jyoti, was terrible. i booked two rooms, but the second room was only available in the evening, despite my early arrival at 6 am. safety was nonexistent. the owner and his friends were using abusive language in the waiting area late at night around 11 pm. the air conditioning was broken and took three days to be repaired. there were only five rooms per floor and no safety guard present. the route to the hotel from the back was poorly lit and unsafe. basic amenities like toothpaste, soap, and hand wash were not provided. during checkout, the owner insisted that i pay in cash instead of through the fab hotel site, which was very unprofessional. jyoti from fab hotel support did not answer any of my calls during my five-day stay in patna. i have attached a screenshot as proof. i was initially told i would have to pay 12,700 inr but ended up paying approximately 13,200 inr. i have also attached the conversation screenshots. i will never recommend fab hotels to anyone in my group or company.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our hotel room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
