First of all the room was very small, with no closet, not a single mirror, the toilet/ bathroom taps had a single thing stream of water..no exhaust fan in the toilet/bathroom nor any room/bathroom freshener. the room's main door's latch was was not working properly causing too much strain while shutting the door every single time. no soap or towel was given at first, had to ask for everything even the mirror. there was a window ac and because of rains, there was too much noise as the water was hitting the compressor area outside and i couldn't sleep because of that. had to complain and someone came and kept a towel over it at 10.30 in the night. and the worst part was they have kept a sign board that no outside food is allowed.. but they take 1-2 hours to serve food from their kitchen. i had to call the reception multiple times for the dinner i ordered at 7.30 pm and they gave it at 9.30 pm. the food is good, the staff are also good but they don't really know/care much about a customer's experience i guess. i had to complain for everything.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....
