"Staff was dont know how to behave to guest and their room service is terrible. Atleast they dont after room service, they should be provide a towel. But everytime we need to ask them for towel."

"There was no AC to adjust the room temperature. I had to ask multiple times to get a kettle for boiling the water. There was no soap or any toileteries inckuding tissues, I had to ask for turning on the geezer, Wifi was not available through out night, the guys at the reception was not available there most of the time."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
