"1. Reached hotel on time 11:45 am but the check-in was delayed by 2 hr by the hotel staff. 2. Room lock is not working it was broken. 3. Soap and shampoo not provided we have used our own. 4 . Forced us to change the room in lower floor even i have booked second highest floor,"

"My worst experience the pop ceiling was broken and even the floor tiles was broken I could not stay there and checked out at 7 pm but fab hotels only charged me 5364 the hotel owner kartik is ready to refund full amount but says that fab hotels will do it"

"This was my worst experience staying here. I had booked room 111 for Rs 5500 for 4 people for one day. When I went to the room, I was shocked to find that 2 cots were broken. I asked them to change the room, and they shifted us to another one, but it only had one cot, so we had to adjust. While vacating the room, I asked the owner to deduct some amount since the room had only one cot instead of two, but he refused to listen and wasn't willing to deduct even a single rupee. He was rude. I would not recommend anyone to stay there"

"Pros: Room was spacious. Very comfortable bed. Fridge in the room was a nice addition. Staff was friendly. Cons: very slow Wifi. A lot of mould in the room. Newspaper at the bottom of cupboards and pigeon feathers on bathroom windows. Very low shower water pressure. Aircon was locked so i couldnt change the temperature at all. Not a great atmosphere for the whole hotel."

"The Hotel is situated at White Town, making the location accessible to other tourist spots and especially promenade beach. The staff was extremely polite and considerate. The breakfast was amazing for the 3 days we stayed there. Rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic. Overall a fabulous stay at Fab Shanti Inn."

"Good house keeping services on time. Breakfast is not available at your hotel and need to wait for 1.5 hour to get from other restaurant. Room pillow and blanket cover is not cleaned as we could saw hairs from past. Wall color is very old if it could be latest wall colors or wall paper it makes us more pleasant."

"Worst experience ever. We booked online for 3 rooms, and there is no relation between the original bed and the one shown in their site. No extra beds provided Pool is full of dirt and maintenance Rooms was not cleaned while handing over to us, bathroom was stinking like anything. No breakfast available as mentioned in the site No hangers available in the bathrooms Rooms are so small for triple occupancy. Price difference was higher than what we were promised, completely worst service from Fabhotel."

"Rooms and Service matches my expectations given the price point. I gave location a 3 star, although the hotel was situated walking distance to all major sight scenes but parking of a vehicle is nightmare as there is no dedicated parking spot and had to park my vehicle on road and once you take your car out, finding parking spot again is difficult and had to park my car in No Parking zone."

"1. Room was not at all as shown in the picture. Furnitures were broken. Mirror in the bathroom had so many spots. And water in the room was coming very slowly. 2. Curtains and bedsheets had spots and chairs were dirty. 3. Entrance of the hotel is shared with restaurant so for entering in the hotel you have to pass through the restaurant's back kitchen which was again very dirty and unhygienic."
