A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. The sleep quality in the room was very good. Modern bathroom facilities. Overall it was a very good experience.

Room was very terrible. The floor was so dirty and the cupboard too. Same condition of the washroom. Strongly Don't Recommend. Ac was like 10 years old. It was not clean.
Bed sheets and towels were dirty And shower handle was broken, requested for room change and there was no television, lift was not working properly
Firstly hotel denied for car parking and it will be own risk.. Ok no issue Maine apni family k sath check-in kiya aur counter par gya . Mere sath ek couple aur waha enter hua. Maine fab se booking kiya aur us couple ka directly payment tha. Manager ya owner jo bhi waha reception par availabe tha usne kaha wait karo, humne 5-10 min wait kiya. Manager ne check in k liye mujhse otp manga aur id liya. Check in karne k baad usne kisi ko call kiya ki aapke paas fab k kitne room hai, mai wahi khada tha usne kaha 08 rooms available hai.. to us harami manager ne mujhe meri family k sath mujshe kah diya ki aap hotel centrum me chale jao.. kyu bhai tu ye bata maine to f9 me booking ki thi fir waha kyu. Wo nahi mana kha ki yaha k sabhi room utne acche nahi hai aur us hotel k room bahut hi superv quality ke hai.. Okkk Usne aise isara kiya ki jaise usko wo hotel samne hai.. maine socha ki shayad yahi hoga but wo kam se 3-4 puchne k baad lagbhag 300 meter ki distance par tha.. mai waha pahucha to centerum k manager ne fir se id mangi.. maine kaha ki mujhse pahle hi id f9 me le li gy hai.. ab kyu .. us manager ne kaha ki wo alag h ye alag .. no id no checkin. Maine kha room dikhao usne mujhe room no. 005 and ek room just iske hi upar first floor pe dikhaya .. dono hi rooms itne bad quality k the ki unki kimat oyo k 400500 se jyada nahi thi.. mai reception par aaya aur usko clean room k liye kha usne mana kar diya.. fir maine f9 k us harami manager ko call ki to usne kha rs. 2767/- me aisa hi room milta hai.. sath hi ye kha ki aap fab se booking shift karwa lo.. maine fab se baat karne k liye 30 mint tak baat karne call par raha but tab lagbhag 30 mint baad lagi but fab care k hotel walo ne nahi mani aur mujhe majboor kahna pada ki sir aap rahne do mai ab yhi manage kar lunga.. agar fab ko meri baat galat lag rhi h to aapki call record hoti h to sun le.. aur hotel k cctv bhi check kar sakte h ki kaise is sabki bajah se mere 2 ghante kharab hue.. maine fab care se ye tak ki sir ye kam se kam fab se mera 25-30 wa booking hoga aur mai naya customer nahi hu.. uske baad maine room. 005 liya .. ! Baad me pata lag ki kitna disturb hua kai kyuki bagal me kitchen aur room me na to bucket thi aur na shawer thik tha aur na hi room me cleaning thi.. third class room aur to aur intercom bhi kharab tha .. tv bhi bolkar thik karwaya .. maine order kiya to 4 baar bolne k baad ek coffee bheji wo 1. Jabki 2 mangi thi.. meri yhi request hai aise hotel ko avoid kare .. kuuki jaisa mai dekh rha tha waha oyo ki tarah system chak rha tha sirf un bando k liye jo sirf 2-3 hrs rukte hai aur chale jaate hai.. very very bad experience only staff i.e. 01 person was good
