    "The overall experience was bad, at the time of check -in the rooms were smelling foul and the laundry was dirty and they were out of clean laundry. After so much hassle they changed the laundry with new one. The photos available online are fake."

    "I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

    "FabHotel Moro truly redefines "slow service." From check-in to getting basic requests fulfilled, everything took ages. Combine that with unhygienic rooms, food that lacked any freshness, and a washroom so tiny I couldn’t close the door while sitting, it felt like a joke. The location? Crowded and unsafe. This hotel really needs to step up on all fronts."

    "This is located at a good location, though rooms are not good as per the bedding, bedsheets, and pillows, From outside, it felt like a good hotel, but from inside, the rooms were cluttered and smelled unpleasantly. I would recommend going there to stay for 1 night and if you are visiting for work, else you could prefer other properties. Still, I would say my stay was good, as no disturbance was there and service was good there. Food is also served that I would be giving 3/5."

    "Pathetic process of booking. No accountability of owner for your booking. Do not choose Fab Hotel or third party app for booking. They never help. They knock the door at 1:00 AM in night and asking of difference payment of 150, which they don't know why it is showing as difference. They didn't wait to resolve it during check out. Directly go to hotel and book."

    "This hotel with above 4 ratings is a scam. To clarify the reason for the same, receptionist during the checkout asked if a text from fab hotel was received, when confirmed I got multiple texts, he asked for my phone, and shamelessly opened up the Google review and proceeded to give 5 star to the property. The room was smelly and mouldy with paint chipping off the walls. No service, the room which we were provided had issue with the lock so we had to spend around 30 min in the lobby, twice while the staff figured how to open the lock. Basic things like extra towel and bedsheet took 4 hours to arrive. No toiletries. The door mat outside the washroom was soaking wet mouldy and smelled bad. Worst part fab hotel was not aware of the polices the hotel had for early checkin and other stuff and the hotel simply denied to entertain any claims made by fab hotel , We had to pay extra for early checkin. I don't post reviews often, but I feel the need to expose the scam they are running in name of hotel"

    "I booked the room for my husband and see condition of the bed and pillow. So disgusting. He found the hairs around the corner of the room. Smell of the room terrible. And staff said this is the best room they have. What kind of hotel is this? And when asked to change bedsheet, blanket and pillow. Staff said all are same. It is like trap because he made the payment for 3 nights before come to the room. And imagine to be there for 3 nights. It is budget hotel but this is too much. Who will guarantee my husband will not get sick from this disgusting room? Honestly, for the manager and owner if you have to stay in this kind of room. Will you stay? Really where did you learn and got train to run business like this? To give the pillow with fungus, bedsheet and blanket like this? My husband supposed to get to sleep in the room he paid and since first day he has to go to sleep in other place. And now 2 nights left i still dont know what my husband will do!!! It's not worth paying even 1 rupee."
