    "The overall experience was bad, at the time of check -in the rooms were smelling foul and the laundry was dirty and they were out of clean laundry. After so much hassle they changed the laundry with new one. The photos available online are fake."

    "I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

They don't even list(write) their accommodations resister book. They ask for things that other two hotels in Delhi don't ask for. So, please if you are NOT indian, book another hotel."

Staff non-cooperative, No shampoo shower gel nothing at all. Asked to pay for extra water. Toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. Worst experience ever."

Combine that with unhygienic rooms, food that lacked any freshness, and a washroom so tiny I couldn’t close the door while sitting, it felt like a joke. The location? Crowded and unsafe. This hotel really needs to step up on all fronts."

FabHotels did not pick up our calls during and after check-in. One of the "agents" (Farhan) from FabHotels replied to us via message that he "left the job" after we paid the amount."

    "This is located at a good location, though rooms are not good as per the bedding, bedsheets, and pillows, From outside, it felt like a good hotel, but from inside, the rooms were cluttered and smelled unpleasantly. I would recommend going there to stay for 1 night and if you are visiting for work, else you could prefer other properties. Still, I would say my stay was good, as no disturbance was there and service was good there. Food is also served that I would be giving 3/5."

    "One of the worst experience in Fab hotel. House keeping is just like not available.Tv is not working. I asked for water and they provide me after 1 hour. I stayed there for 4 days. as i paid full payment on the 1st day so I have to stay there with such poor service. They are just not worrying about customer delightness. I suggest to @booking.com, please do not doing partnership with such worst hotel. It's hampering your market values. One more thing lift is not working. providing dirty towels and if I request to change then there answer is every towel is like this. In bathroom they do not have buket and mug. when I asked for buket then they first provide a damage buket and after a hour they provide a very very dirty buket but unable to provide a mug. Then finally I have to purchase a Mug from market. Please do not book Fab hotel due to such worst service."
